HOTworx Studio Rentals

At Haus of Threes, our main goal is to OPEN up access to folx from all areas of creation and business. 

We’ve designed our HOTworx studios to meet the needs of specific professions/interests, including:

• HOT Counseling Studio: This space is curated for counselors, therapists, social workers. It was designed with a queer therapist and client in mind! You can meet with your clients individually - either in-person or remotely - from our beautiful studio.

• HOT Wellness Studio: This space is curated for businesses and individuals that center wellness. From massage therapists, to yoga instructors, to nonprofits, the HOT Wellness Studio is designed to host individuals or small groups.

• HOT Artist Studio: This space is curated for artists and creatives. It is equipped with an industrial overlock and sewing machine, space for photoshoots, crafting, small level production, the sky’s the limit!  This space can be rented with up to 4-5 people per block.

Classes to operate industrial machines, along with other education will be available in Haus coming this Fall. Anyone interested in teaching classes, running group therapy, or other groups, please email hausofthrees@gmail.com.

Each room is modular and can be dressed to fit your specific needs. 

Each HOTworx studio is rentable in 4-hour blocks at $10/hour, Mondays through Fridays from 8AM-8PM. Space rental also includes access to a gender-neutral restroom, a kitchen, a locker for storage while you rent, and the opportunity to share space with amazing queer folx. Please note that our space is not currently fully accessible - there are four flights of stairs. There is a freight elevator currently open to move supplies, but not people.

Haus of Threes is an incubator for queer creatives and businesses - a space to grow and thrive no matter what stage you’re at. Once you’ve booked a spot, you can opt to be featured as a “resident artist/business” in our Haus directory. 

To rent a 4-hour block (or a series of 4-hour blocks), search for availability in our calendar below.

Once you find a time, you’ll be asked to share a bit about your goals for using the space. Then, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver and brief contract, and to submit payment. Once Haus of Threes Boston has approved the request, you’ll receive a final confirmation email.

Business’ working with the public will need to provide proof of insurance.  If you are not insured, we can help you with your process.  If you have any questions on whether or not your idea or business will fit at Haus of Threes, come on by and we can chat.
